Managing Change - Market driving, process enabling change

The Traditional Approach (<13K)

Start Back End Forward In the Traditional Approach the IT department typically will be given a broad brief to build a corporate web site. They will (1) gather various internal and external information, like a list of directors or a glossary of insurance terms to (2) build a generic site. Marketing will then (3) use the various media to highlight the company's URL.
The result? Few visitors, lots of disappointment, and questions about ROI.
