As our prospects retrieve and review the information
we (6) record their access date and time, page transverses and any options
selected. During this exploration, the Web Finger sm may identify
specific questions, and the answers are again recorded. Likewise, they may
be offered specific inducements. All this information is used to analyse
the success of the particular mail shot and for making further targetted
selections.
Note: In the case of more general promotions to micro-markets (see Stage
5) then each access is recorded against the promotions database.
