In the SIM approach overall responsibility for
content and design is given to the Marketing department who are support by
market research agencies, IT and design agencies. An initial Stage includes
activities such as undertaking market research, defining profiles of profitable
customers who will become our target audience, stating objectives, deciding
on the content, the SIM framework stages to be addressed, and the mediums
to be used, designing an overall style, and planning all the implementation
activities and resources needed.
