This screen illustrates what happens in the normal event of the mortgage reaching maturity. It shows how the investments are realised to pay-off the capital outstanding, with any surplus going to the insured. This may be a good point to highlight the benefits to which this money could be used: a holiday home, children's university education, children's weddings and setting up their home. This could be done using a short video. Examples should reflect the aspirations of the customer.
