In this screen the user is asked for information about himself in order to calculate the risk. The picture of the person is adapted according to whether the person is male or female, old or young, and possibly their behavioural style (e.g. relaxed, formal).
The simulation may optionally be accompanied by audio descriptions, with the screens being gradually developed in step with the commentary. At various points (especially at the set-up steps) questions are asked and response dialogs presented.
