The user begins by describing the property to be purchased. Values
for the variables are entered either by clicking on the objects and
setting the properties (e.g. click on the picture of the house to describe
it) or via the control panel that is also used to control
the simulation. Values entered are checked through rules.

The control panel is used to display and to set any variables. It also controls the simulation through the VCR buttons allowing the user to start and stop the simulation, to increment the simulation one month at a time or to run it continuously. |
