  Why Ads?

 Mini Ad Survey

If we are going to have ads then lets make the relevant! Please tell us a little about your preferences.

Sorry, due to a server change by our ISP, forms are
currently not working - please telephone or use email

Why do we have advertisements?

We are very honoured that so many visitors are coming to this web site. Unfortunately our ISP is surcharging us as we are exceeding our bandwidth allowance. Apparently we are one of their heaviest users. We therefore have had to consider ways of raising funds so that we can continue to provide this web site service.

As many visitors appear to be students, we chose not have a subscription or close user group method, but to use advertising and affiliation:
  • We've become an affiliate of Amazon and are linking all our book references to them.Under Construction
Amazon US

Amazon UK.

We choose these companies because:

  1. Amazon is well know and well regarded for its range of books and the user community reviews. Amazon is also available in many countries.
  2. Commission Junction Network is attracting many well known household brands. Its site looks professional and they operate in many countries. Banner adds are displayed in the page rather than via an irritating pop-up window.

Please note that with both Amazon and Commission Junction Network we are only remunerated if you purchase goods or services, or in some cases if you register, with an advertiser.

Also note that all links, including affiliate and advertising links, are subject to this site's disclaimer

Note: With many advertisers you can visit their site to view their products and then return within the following few days to make a purchase. A cookie records that you visited from this site
