We recently gave a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) presentation to Wiltshire County Council. The presentation took the form of a case study on the implementation of BPR in the Unit Trust department of TSB Trust Company, where the author was project manager. The presentation focused on the organisational impact, particularly how the staff changed their behaviour with the introduction of new processes and new technology. The technology employed one of the first uses of Document Imaging and Workflow in the UK. We plan to upload a copy of this presentation.
The conference events programme is really picking up in 2004. During May you can hear top speakers such as John P. Kotter, Don Peppers, Michael Porter, and Jack Welch.
We wish all our clients and visitors good wishes and excellent business for 2004.
