Our Events page is again updated and now takes us well into 2001. This time of year is a quite period, a good time to reflect on how you will evolve your eCRM strategy. Why not call us to help you plan the way ahead.
Entries are now coming in, starting with some excellent examples from AIT covering The Woolwich, Lloyds TSB and Komercni Bank. Our grateful thanks to AIT for leading the way. Click here to view them.
We are pleased to announce the launch of our eCRM ROI Showcase. Vendors, consultancies, system integrators and user organisations can display their own case study success stories. Early submitters will gain as the key index is the order submitted. There are both on-line and off-line forms for submitting your own case studies as well as an associated on-line and off-line Glossary. Click here to view the current list of submitted case studies.
We are speaking to a number of CRM vendors who wish to have quantitative market research to support their eCRM marketing. To discuss joining the syndicate call us on +44 (0)1264 737609. You can download and read a draft proposal.
Co-incidentally,
Managing Change has been asked to write a book on e-commerce and we have
agreed the focus to be eCRM and call centres. The above market research will
be a key component. There is an opportunity to sponsor the market research
and/or the book. This can be either on an exclusive or syndicated basis.
The book can be printed with your company name as sponsor and can be produced
with a sponsor specific case
study. Call us to discuss these
opportunities.

This is a topic we believe is at last getting the attention it deserves. It's an area we are accumulating more information into what motivates and irritates on-line consumers. With more types of e-devices appearing, there are challenges on all fronts, including marketing, processes, knowledge, technology, etc.. For now we have added a Behaviour Analysis page with links to various consumer segmentation models mentioned throughout this site.
Our Events page is again updated with a bumper number of events for the autumn (fall).
One event deserves a special mention:
At last we have learnt and written our own Perl scripts to process the various forms on this site: Feedback, Guest Articles, Tell Me When and SIM Example Sites. Up until now we have used a third party who displayed adverts on the acknowledgement form. Unfortunately, for the moment, ads remain on the Search results form but we are working on that!
Courtesy of Television Research Partnership we have added new statistics on Digital TV takeup, as well as highlighting some of the key findings on viewer behaviour from their D2K: Just Zeros and Ones - Report into Viewing Behaviour in Digital Homes. Also, from surveys by Harris Interactive and Arbitron NewMedia, we have added additional segmentation models.
Our Events page is again updated. One event deserves a special mention:

We have updated our special section on this very fast moving area. Did you know that in the UK there are now over 3.5m digital TV subscribers with hundreds of thousands being added every month. BSkyB has already launched its interactive viewing and shopping services, the cable company TeleWest is launching this month, and NTL and ONdigital are working hard to bring their services on-line. Interest in exploiting this new medium is running high and recently Managing Change presented an updated version of its Oslo presentation to The Consultancy Company's monthly review meeting.
We have added all the remaining sections of this Dissertation on
BPR and Organisational Culture
