  • We won a local government BPR tender in competition with 6 other companies. We helped Ealing Council to radically improve council housing and environmental services to its citizens by means of re-engineered processes based around people's life events, delivered via a one-stop call centre.

•  We are a founder member of the Western Consultants Group. This is a group of independent IMC members in the South West who have joined together to form a virtual practice to tender and provide resources for larger projects.

• We are a member of the South West Independent Consultant's Group, originally formed out of the Association of MBAs and later members of the Institute of Management Consultants and some freelance Consultants. The initial focus is on Call Centres to support CRM, E-Business and Customer Knowledge Management. The Group's skills embrace knowledge management, business strategy, telecommunications, business and process analysis, training and call centre management.

• Through the Loop is a forward thinking global market research company that helps companies understand customers in the digital world. It's focus is integrating an intimate analysis of the consumer marketplace with an incisive brand insight.

• A key technology enabler of Strategic Interactive Marketing is Object Technology. Managing Change has worked with TriReme International, OO Analysis and Design experts with a range of integrated Web consultancy and services.
• Also working in this area is Veryard Associates, specialists in component based development software, tools and methods. You can read their bloggs Innovation Matters and SOAPbox in a standard browser without the need for RSS software.

• Government work is often in association with AXSIS Consulting, who specialise in IS, networks and communications. Their skills spans the life-cycle of projects from initial conception strategy and planning, through specification and procurement to project management, implementation and acceptance.

• Henley Management College Alumni eBusiness Group was jointly co-founded by Alan Cooper, the managing director of Managing Change. It is a network of highly skilled people many of whom have founded their own consultancy company or have senior positions in blue-chip companies. The group has created a Start-up sub-group to help fledgeling dot.coms and this in turn has given rise to Henley's own incubator that is focusing on intrapreneurs within a corporate setting.
