Basingstoke and North Hampshire Emergency Doctors On Call (HANTSDOC)

Read how Managing Change used process modelling to design a new organisation for handling patient medical calls outside normal surgery hours. HANTSDOC activities revolve around the core processes of Call Handling and Call Dispatch. Supporting processes include rostering, invoicing, payments, performance monitoring, and others.

Managing Change gained a Highly Commended award for this project in the joint Glaxo/Welcome, BMA competition.

End User Interface (EUI) Office System

Read how a second generation office system was built on a foundation of user requirements and aspirations, covering personal, departmental and organisation needs. Learn how an architecture was developed and then used to select the infrastructure software, the base solution being HP NewWave over MS Windows. This gave users both the ease of use via a Macintosh type of user interface, with a choice of well established Windows based applications.
