Dear <TITLE> <SURNAME>
Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Organisational Change
Further to my telephone call to <CONTACT>, I now enclose the questionnaire in connection with my dissertation on the subject of this letter. This is the final part of my Active MBA course at the Henley Management College, where I am an independent student.
If you or a colleague would be so kind as to spend a few minutes completing the questionnaire, I hope I will then be able to highlight some of the critical organisational change aspects of BPR. The questionnaire, which is being sent to a selected number of companies, is confidential and no individual or company will be identified in the results.
In return I will send you a summary of the findings.
I look forward to receiving your reply. If you can allocate the 10 minutes within the next week to 10 days of receipt, this will ensure your input is included and the findings will be with you early in the new year. Thank you.
Yours sincerely,
Alan Cooper
S.a.e. enclosed.
